REFUND POLICY

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation. To exercise this right, please contact us at Support@epicbasing.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Please note: Digital download products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the files have been accessed, provided you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the waiver of your withdrawal right at the time of purchase.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (STL FILES)

Once any files have been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products. If you purchased a digital download by mistake and have not accessed any of the files, or you've accidentally purchased a duplicate of an item you've already purchased, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help with a refund or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, contains missing items, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution, whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
