If you haven't heard from us within 24-48hrs try the following:

1. Make sure you're not using a work or school email, some will block e-commerce emails.
   *Apple/iCloud emails sometimes block or filter our responses.
2. Check your browser settings for auto-fill & passwords to delete old and erroneous emails.
3. Check your spam, promotions and other folders.
4. Type "Epic Basing" in your email search bar to reveal any emails. 
5. Re-submit your request, double checking the email entered is correct.
6. If all fails the email gods are against us! Try to contact us on Instagram or Facebook

We will not be providing event support during 2025 as our team focuses on operational upgrades.

All download links are sent via email and will also appear on your account on our website.

If you create an account after ordering, as long as you use the same email they should appear.

The most common reasons for missing download emails are:

• Incorrect/error in email
• You used an alternate email when ordering
• Landed in Spam/Promotions

If after checking these you still can't locate the files or login, contact us and we will figure it out together.

We do not currently offer commercial printing licenses and do not anticipate making them available in the foreseeable future.

Restocks are done frequently, typically within 1-3 days.

Some items sell so fast during certain periods that they're out of stock as quickly as they're re-stocked.

We're always working to better anticipate stock levels to keep things in stock as much as possible.

We periodically put less popular packs on Last Chance to reduce our lineup. Once sold out, the listing is removed so you know it's no longer available.

The service is primarily available for US customers. We consider International custom requests on a case by case basis.

Information we require:

1. A quick description of your project or intended application/goal.

2. A list of Epic STL packs you wish to have designs printed from.

3. Quantity of pieces for each STL pack you think you might need. If unsure you can elect for standard quantity where we will match our existing pack approach.
