Most postal services can not collect amounts owing at the door and will usually leave a notice for pickup.
If you ordered and selected DHL, that service will usually send an email or text in advance requesting any amounts to be paid.
Please keep in mind that not all postal services have great communication and sometimes they may fail to inform you. Your packages may get stuck or withheld with no notice for payment/pickup provided. The reason is likely because there are taxes/duties owing.
What we recommend in this scenario is to contact your local post offices directly using the tracking number provided and ask if they are holding your package because of customs fees due.
Our standard shipping options and Free Shipping options are sent via USPS mail services.
The Free Shipping minimums are based on your final total at checkout after any discounts have been applied. If you drop below these amounts shipping is no longer free and you will be asked to select a paid option.

If it looks like it hasn't moved or been updated for a week or more, we might request that you wait an extra week. If it still hasn't been updated or received then contact us so we can sort out the next steps for you.
